RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Petafun. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less any shipping costs.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Return@Petafun.com within the 30 day time frame after you receive the product.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • We can't accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

 

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used during the checkout process.

  • Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Please note that the refund amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations if you made your purchase in CAD.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, just return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages are rare, but they happen! So, please contact us immediately if any item in your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can help and and make it right.
